Xinfrared Xeye XClip CL42 Clip-on 2.0 thermal imaging attachment

Small, powerful and multifunctional, the new CL42 Ver 2.0 clip-on device by Xeye/Xinfrared impresses with great contrast, great functionality and simple operation. The CL42 device contains a VOx sensor with 384x288 px with 50Hz frame rate.

The new CL42 Ver. 2.0 model features a new design of the collimator lens, which provides a significant improvement in repeatability, and it can be installed on external optics. All our deliveries from January 1st, 2020 have this extension.

The Clip-ON CL42 Ver. 2.0 has been developed in a modular manner. It can be used both as an observation device and as a clip-on. Both magnifying rings are included in the scope of delivery. The device can be used with the screen magnification (eyepiece) as an observation device. Images are possible at great distances and in adverse weather conditions. The integrated, manually focusable lens enables sharp and high-contrast images.

A new, multifunctional thermal imaging device impresses with high detail resolution and image contrast. The Xeye/Xinfrared CL42 Ver. 2.0 is our tip as a CLIP-ON thermal imaging device. The delivery of the camera includes an adapter for use as an observation device or as a clip-on. The device is equipped with a high-quality OLED screen and a thermal image resolution of 384x288 pixels.

The device can be programmed to 4 different settings with the internal correction program. With the internal correction function, the parallax can be adjusted and the external optics can be calibrated accordingly. The device can also be used with rechargeable CR16340 batteries. We measured the operating time to be 3 hours with rechargeable batteries and 5 hours with CR123 batteries. A USB-C connection (5VDC) is integrated in the device. A standard power bank (5VDC) can be connected to this.
